Tarte Flambée with DORBLU

1 package tarte flambée dough (store-bought, refrigerated)
- 100 g DORBLU Classic
- 2 ripe pears
- 100 g Serrano ham
- 1 handful walnuts
- 1 red onion
- 150 g crème fraîche
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

1) Prepare the base
Spread out the dough on a baking sheet, brush evenly with crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper to taste. Preheat the oven to 220 °C top/bottom heat or 160 °C convection.
2) Prepare the topping
Peel and thinly slice the pears. Finely dice the onion. Coarsely chop the walnuts and set aside. Dice the DORBLU Classic and get it ready to use.
3) Top the tarte flambée
Arrange the pear slices and onions evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the DORBLU Classic generously on top.
4) Bake and serve
Bake the tarte flambée in the preheated oven for approx. 10 – 12 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese has melted. Remove the tarte flambée from the oven, top with the Serrano ham and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts. The tarte flambée can also be garnished with fresh thyme and rosemary as an option.
