- 100 g DORBLU Classic
- 250 g ricotta
- 1 package pizza dough (store-bought, refrigerated)
- 1 onion
- 100 g bacon
- 1 handful arugula
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

1) Prepare the topping
Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a frying pan, slice the onions and then sauté over medium heat for 10 minutes to caramelize. Dice the DORBLU Classic. Fry the bacon in another frying pan until crisp, then set aside.
2) Top the pizza
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet. Season the ricotta with salt and pepper and spread evenly over the dough. Arrange the caramelized onions on top of the ricotta base, followed by the DORBLU Classic and the fried bacon.
3) Bake and serve the pizza
Bake the pizza at 220 °C top/bottom heat (convection: 200 °C) for about 10 – 12 minutes until the edges of the dough are golden brown and the cheese has melted. After baking, top with arugula and drizzle with a little olive oil.
