
Lasagna with Mushrooms
- 250 g DORBLU Classic
- 50 g butter
- 350 g mushrooms
- Salt and pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 30 g flour
- 480 ml milk
- 480 ml vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- 250 g ricotta
- 300 g spinach leaves (fresh or thawed and drained)
- 1 package no-boil lasagna noodles

Preparation:
1) Prepare the vegetables and cheese
Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat (or 160 °C convection). Lightly grease a lasagna dish (approx. 20x30 cm). Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Sauté the mushrooms over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Mince the garlic, add to the pan and continue to cook for 1 – 2 minutes. Remove the mushrooms and set aside. Dice the DORBLU Classic, grate the Parmesan and set both aside.
2) Béchamel sauce
Melt the butter in a pot. Add the flour and sauté for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Slowly add the milk and vegetable stock, stirring constantly, and continue to stir until there are no lumps. Bring the sauce to a boil until it thickens slightly. Stir in most of the DORBLU Classic cubes and half of the Parmesan until the cheese has completely melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3) Prepare the ricotta
Mix the ricotta and spinach in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4) Layer and bake the lasagna
Put a little béchamel sauce on the base of the prepared cooking dish. Arrange a layer of lasagna sheets on top. Spread the ricotta and spinach mixture, more sauce and fried mushrooms on top. Top with another layer of noodles. Continue layering until all of the elements have been used up. Finish with a final layer of lasagna sheets, then spread the remaining béchamel sauce evenly over the top. Sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan and DORBLU Classic. Bake the lasagna in the preheated oven for 40 – 45 minutes until the surface is golden brown and the sauce is bubbling.
