- 2 slices DORBLU Classic
- 2 burger patties
- 2 burger buns
- 2 tbsp. cranberry or lingonberry jam
- 100 g fresh arugula
- 1 onion
- A little olive oil or butter for frying

1) Prepare the onion rings
Slice the onion, then sauté in a small frying pan with a little oil until caramelized.
2) Prepare the patties
Season the burger patties to taste and fry in a hot pan with a little oil or butter until cooked to your liking. Just before the patty is ready, place a thin slice of DORBLU Classic on the warm patty so that the cheese melts slightly.
3) Toast the buns
While the patty is cooking, cut the burger bun in half and toast lightly if desired until crisp outside but still soft on the inside.
4) Serve the dish
Set the bottom half of the bun on a plate. Spread some of the jam on top. Then top with the warm burger patty with the melted DORBLU Classic cheese. Top with a handful of fresh arugula and the caramelized onion.
